Living life as healthy and happy is possible is the drive and motivation behind this blog. It's about making fit choices for myself and my family, but at the same time teaching them to make fit choices for themselves. It's about eating right and being active (not just "exercise" as we know it". It's about mind, body, and spirit. And let's face it, without family and friends... the mind, body, and spirit do not thrive.

My DAWG!
So, this morning I went walking with my DAWG and let me just tell you. She rocks. We went to Key Largo Park. Which is a 2.04 mile walk. We walked around the park and returned home. So, that's 4 total miles. I know for some of you that might just be a walk in the park. But for me, it's a big step in doing what I have to do for me, for my family, and for my life.
